Do all PRO tiers include all features?
Yes. Every PRO tier (1, 3, 25, or 100 sites) unlocks the full feature set: branded email templates, form styler, WooCommerce / MemberPress / LearnDash integration, the Stripe-webhook role automation, multi-Stripe-account support, and agency white-label. License count is the only thing that changes between tiers.
How does the 30-day money-back guarantee work?
Email support within 30 days of purchase, mention you’d like a refund, and we process it. No questionnaire, no “please try this first” loop. Refunds are issued through Freemius back to the card used.
Does PRO auto-renew?
Yes — the PRO license is an annual subscription that renews automatically through Freemius. You can cancel renewal at any time from your Freemius account dashboard. If you cancel, the plugin keeps working until the end of the paid term.
Can I move my license between sites?
Yes. Each tier permits the listed number of active sites; you can deactivate a license on one site and activate it on another from the WordPress admin. The 100-site tier is for portfolios — agencies and operators running this across many client installs.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards plus PayPal, processed by Freemius (our license & checkout vendor). VAT is calculated where applicable; an invoice is issued automatically.
Is there a lifetime license?
Not at this time. PRO is annual only — that keeps support, security updates, and Stripe-API maintenance funded predictably.
